Colorado TMS Services and A New Outlook Colorado Recovery Services is honored to be a member of the NeuroStar family of providers. Firstly, this advanced therapy service is uniquely designed for the treatment of major depressive disorders. In addition, this therapy is designed for adult patients who have not satisfactorily improved from previous antidepressant medication. Secondly, this therapy is ideal for those who require further intervention to achieve satisfactory results.
A New Outlook Recovery Services, which offers Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for both Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Disorder patients. In addition, we also offer our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)/Day Treatment program.
Dr. Arshad William, MD
Medical Director/Psychiatrist
Ashad received his medical degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria. His psychiatry residency was at Harlem Hospital, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York where he was also the Chief Resident in his final year of residency. Arshad is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM), He is also a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Member of the Colorado Psychiatric Society.
Robert J. Johnson, SAP, MAC, LAC
Executive Director
Robert J. Johnson has been with A New Outlook Counseling Service providing counseling services in Highlands Ranch, CO since 2010. He received his Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family & Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix.
He is a Substance Abuse Professional, Master Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. His experience includes private practice, residential in-patient, intensive residential treatment, outpatient, sober living and therapeutic communities.
Robert focuses his practice on therapy and counseling and has been assisting patients for over 16 years.
Robert was born in Iowa and has lived in Colorado since 1976. In Addition Robert is currently pursuing his licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy and professional counseling.
Laura J. Wagner-Johnson
Chief Operating Officer
Laura has used her passion for helping people battling their depression as the Chief Operating Officer and the lead liaison for TMS services. Laura is a native of Denver and has made her home at Colorado TMS here in Littleton. She is a recent graduate of NeuroStar University in Charlotte, NC

Debra has used her passion for helping people battling their depression as the TMS Coordinator. Debra has made her home here in Denver for over 50 years and has found her home at Colorado TMS here in Littleton. She is a recent graduate of NeuroStar University in Charlotte, NC.
Emily Kronberg, BS
TMS Specialist
As the TMS Specialist at Colorado TMS Services, administering and monitoring TMS treatments. Emily quickly becomes a familiar face for clients at the clinic, seeing each person 5 days per week during their treatment protocol! For Emily, TMS is not just a job – it is her saving grace. Emily was a NeuroStar TMS patient, and with the collaboration and communication with her team of treaters at another facility, Emily graduated from NeuroStar TMS treatment with remarkable results and was in remission from Major Depressive Disorder for about a year. Emily wants as many people as possible to have the same opportunity for relief. Emily graduated from Colorado State University Magna Cum Laude, with a BS in Health and Exercise Science, Concentration in Sports Medicine, and a Minor in Biomedical Sciences. Currently, in her free time, Emily is a proud Epilepsy Awareness Ambassador for the Epilepsy Foundation and volunteers weekly in the LGBTQI+ community.
